ABOUT THIS EVENT
It can often feel a struggle to feel creative when our minds are busy, anxious or filled with negative thoughts.
In a space of complete fear, the blossoming of creativity is very difficult. Creativity is something we all naturally have inside and it is like a muscle: the less we train it, the less we are able to connect with and use it. Creativity is also a source for thinking positive and see new opportunities.
In this session we will combine painting and coaching with the scope to create a unique experience to allow letting go and be present in the moment while exploring colours, materials and yourself!
WHAT TO EXPECT?
Through this experience, Valentina would like to give you an example on how you can connect back with your source of creativity and how to use this with the help of coaching to explore some important aspects in your life. This is an experience to help you find out more about who you truly are and where you are at. Using painting colours and canvas to release and discover. We will do different exercises which may include meditation, visualisation, coaching and of course painting! This is not supposed to be a workshop to learn how to paint. No previous painting experience is required. All materials are provided.
It will be a group experience where everyone can share and interact.
